About the university
Maltepe University is a foundation university located in Istanbul, Türkiye. Established in 1997, the university is based at Marmara Education Village, a large campus on the Asian side of Istanbul. It offers associate, bachelor's, master's and doctoral programs across a wide range of disciplines, including medicine, engineering and natural sciences, law, business and management, architecture and design, communication, fine arts, education, nursing, and humanities and social sciences. Maltepe University combines theoretical and practical education with research, innovation and career development. The university also places strong emphasis on internationalization and provides opportunities for student and staff mobility through Erasmus+ and partnerships with universities around the world.
